Anyone who wants to be a fearless communicator in any situation, who wants to have more confidence in how they portray themselves, who wants to know how to make the right choices in life, who wants to shine as a trustworthy leader, who wants to always get the information they want, who wants to negotiate like a pro, who wants to learn spy-skills to elevate your interpersonal skills, who wants to gain a deep understanding of what exactly drives human behavior, and who wants to know how to identify and analyze alerting and dangerous behaviors in others to stay safe.  We have everyone from entrepreneurs, law enforcement, C-Suite executives, those planning a new career path, and those who just have a deep desire to know more.

By now, you probably know Lena's background. If you don't, she was a Navy Intelligence Officer (prior enlisted) and a Marine Corps-trained and DoD-Certified Interrogator who interrogated hundreds of detainees at Camp Delta in GTMO after 9/11. She has the awards and medals to prove it. Other "interrogation experts" out there can't do that. Integrity is something Lena values above all when it comes to her expertise. If she hasn't done it, she doesn't teach it. She has years of experience interviewing, interrogating, eliciting, negotiating, and detecting deception even after her time in GTMO. She knows human behavior inside and out because she has seen the worst of it. She has worked in challenging environments where intelligence information was lifesaving. She has a super high success rate of breaking people (with rapport and non-accusatory tactics!) - to get the truth from them.  Her interviewing method, The SISCO Method, is becoming the go-to law enforcement interview training because it is strategic, rapport-based, and non-accusatory with techniques rooted in psychology. (Her school isn't under investigation like another that still uses antiquated, illegal techniques!)  Bottom line, she has walked the walk. She is the expert you want teaching you.  The other reason ELEVATE is different is that you are spending time with her, not people who work for her. She is there for every session (unless there is an emergency). She keeps the community small so everyone is heard and feels valued.

Once you join, you have immediate access to the online community. That means you have access to over 40 training videos currently, and a ton of reference material, all from our previous sessions. You can network with the group, find your Zoom link, and any additional information that Lena provides. You also get to download and keep a PDF document called COMPASS - Your Communication Passport. We meet once a month, on the first Monday of each month, on Zoom for two hours, 1200 - 1400 Eastern Standard Time (EST). If you can't make a session or can't stay for the full session, do not worry. You will have access to the recording, which will be posted in the community.  *You do not have to come on camera! You can observe and attend to your level of comfort. Usually, Lena teaches for the first half, then she opens it up to Q&A and scenario-based role-playing for the second half. Some sessions are strictly for working! Anyone who shows up can get feedback about their issue, and we help you work through it together. (This depends on the size of the group.) Some sessions are real-world case studies that she has investigated and analyzed, and others are for practicing the skills you learned.
